Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via store credit or bank transfer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
